  32.      IV.  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  34.           1.  Copy the above files to the directory containing your
  35.               Word 5.5 software (normally C:\WORD).
  36.  
  37.           2.  To activate the IBM 4039 LaserPrinter driver continue through
  38.               the following steps.
  39.  
  40.           3.  Start Word 5.5.  From the "File" pull-down menu, Select "Printer
  41.               Setup."  The "Printer Setup" screen will appear.
  42.  
  43.           4.  Using the Tab key, move the cursor to the "Files:" box.  Select
  44.               POSTSCRP.PRD by using the Cursor Up/Down keys.
  45.  
  46.           5.  Move the cursor to the "Printer Name:" box and Select IBM 4039
  47.               PostScript-300 DPI or IBM 4039 PostScript-600 DPI (depending
  48.               on desired printer resolution).
  49.  
  50.           6.  Move the cursor to the "Connect to:" line and use the Cursor
  51.               Up/Down keys to select the appropriate printer port
  52.               (normally LPT1:).
  53.  
  54.           7.  Paper Feed can also be selected from this screen.
  55.  
  56.           8.  When you have completed your selections, Move the cursor to
  57.               "OK" and Press Enter to acknowledge your choices.  You now
  58.               have made the IBM 4039 LaserPrinter your active printer.
